Terms and Conditions of Collaboration with Dian Rana

By completing the form and submitting this collaboration request, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Collaboration Submission Details

The client is required to complete the submission form in full, specifying the purpose, concept, duration, location, and other key elements of the video to be produced.Incomplete information may affect the quality of the video and the production timeline.

Payment and Production Schedule

The video production process will only commence after the client makes a down payment (DP) of 50% of the total agreed fee.The DP is non-refundable if the client cancels unilaterally or if production is disrupted due to issues caused by the client, including but not limited to:Location permits are not obtained, Talent/sources refuse to be interviewed, The client is uncooperative or does not provide the required information.The video production will be carried out within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the down payment is received, and after the shooting schedule has been approved by the talent and/or on-site assistant (if any).If the talent or assistant sets their own shooting date, the 7-working-day deadline will be counted from the latest date they specify.

Documentation Shooting Process

The first draft of the video will be delivered within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after the on-site shooting.The video will only be published after full payment (100%) has been received by the video producer.Once the video is published, no revisions of any kind can be made. If necessary, the video can only be removed at the client’s request, but any payments already made are non-refundable.

Collaboration Deliverables Revision

Content revisions can be made a maximum of 2 (two) times and apply only to draft files before publication. Revisions can only be made based on the recorded and delivered raw footage. Revisions requiring on-site reshooting cannot be performed, except through a new agreement and additional costs.

Interviews and Talent

If the video requires interview segments, the client is responsible for providing the talent or sources to be interviewed.The talent must be available at the scheduled shooting time as agreed.

On-Site Assistance During Documentation

If the client is absent or does not provide direct supervision during on-site documentation, all footage captured will follow Dian Rana’s creative perspective and discretion.The client’s absence cannot be used as a reason to file complaints regarding the captured footage.

Location Permissions

If the shooting location requires entry permits to a specific area or buildings owned by third parties, all permits and administrative support are the responsibility of the client.If the permits cannot be obtained, the shooting will be conducted at an alternative location mutually agreed upon by the client and the video producer.

Legal Responsibility

All legal consequences arising from the publication of the video are the full responsibility of the client.The video producer is not responsible for the content or claims presented if the information originates from the client or the provided talent.
